Choosing the historic Washington State Capitol Building in Olympia provided a breathtaking stage for their story. With its towering marble columns, sweeping staircases, and lush green grounds, this landmark offered a sense of quiet majesty that matched the depth of their commitment.
Two Scenes of Grandeur: Indoors and Outdoors
To bring out the full romance of the location, our creative team guided the couple through two distinct visual worlds. Outside, surrounded by fresh Pacific Northwest greenery and the soaring neoclassical facade, we captured sunlit, spontaneous moments as they celebrated their newly exchanged rings in the peaceful gardens.
Moving inside, our photographers used their deep familiarity with the Capitol building to frame moments of pure elegance. Standing among grand marble halls, soaring arches, and golden brass balustrades, every photo was composed with artistic intention. We focused on gentle, natural direction rather than stiff poses, allowing the couple to feel completely at ease while we captured the quiet glances and genuine laughter between them.
A Tale of Two Gowns: Vœu de Nuit Blanche & Le Couronnement de Flore
During her initial fitting at our studio, the bride fell in love with two completely different aesthetics. Rather than forcing a choice between modern sophistication and fairytale drama, we helped her seamlessly integrate both into her wedding timeline.
Vœu de Nuit Blanche:For her modern, sculptural look, she wore this pearl-embellished bustier mermaid gown. Presenting a clean, restrained minimalism in the front that accentuates her neckline and waistline, a subtle turn reveals a soft, three-dimensional bow train at the back, making it perfect for sunlit outdoor portraits and intimate stairwell frames.
Le Couronnement de Flore: For the grand ceremony, she changed into this breathtaking satin ballgown. Crafted from rich, luxurious satin, it features delicate three-dimensional flowers scattered across the skirt and a sweeping long train, creating a magnificent presence that naturally echoed the majestic architectural proportions of the Capitol.
Beside her, the groom looked effortlessly dashing in our Two-Tone White Shawl-Lapel Three-Piece Tuxedo, creating a classic black-tie look that complemented both gown transitions seamlessly.

He greeted them with pure warmth, reassuring them to drive safely and take all the time they needed. His personalized vows and cheerful spirit brought an endearing, lighthearted energy to the grand marble halls, culminating in a tender ceremony filled with joyful smiles.
A Special Guest in a Bow Tie
No family celebration is complete without every cherished member present. The couple brought their adorable Shiba Inu along for the session, and he stole everyone's heart looking impeccably handsome in a custom mini tuxedo bow tie. Our team made sure the atmosphere remained fun and calm for him, capturing precious family portraits as he sat proudly beside his parents against the golden brass railings.
