Neoclassical Grandeur: Outside and Within
The Capitol campus offers two distinct environments that naturally elevate wedding portraits. Outside, beneath the clear blue summer sky, lush green canopies frame the majestic dome rising high into the air. Here, we captured relaxed and joyful moments, from affectionate strolls across the lawns to close-up frames celebrating their newly exchanged wedding bands.
Stepping inside, the atmosphere shifts into breathtaking quietude. Soaring marble walls, polished stone staircases, and ornate brass railings reflect soft, natural light throughout the corridors. Under the glow of towering vintage chandeliers, every corridor and archway naturally creates a regal, cinematic frame.
Timeless Elegance and Runway-Quality Design
Finding the right attire sets the entire emotional tone for the day, and during her initial fitting at our studio, the bride looked for an experience that felt calm, collaborative, and completely free of pressure. She fell in love with Nœud d’Amour, a fairytale ballgown designed for grand romance. The gown features a strapless corseted bodice detailed with delicate lace and subtle pearl embroidery, beautifully accented by a signature ribbon bow tied gently at the waist. Below, cascading layers of soft tulle flare into a dramatic yet weightless silhouette outlined by graceful ribbon trims, allowing the skirt to catch the breeze across the green lawns and pool like a cloud against the Capitol's grand marble floors.
To complete the bridal aesthetic, she wore a matching ribbon-edged cathedral veil that caught the cascading light, paired with a timeless pearl choker and a fresh pastel bouquet of blush and ivory blooms. Beside her, Leo looked impeccably sharp in a classic black tuxedo finished with a crisp black bow tie.
